We also won't install extensions on hair that isn't healthy enough to wear them. The pre-install consultation is honest — sometimes we say "let's build your hair up first, then we'll talk extensions."

Often yes, but only with a careful install plan. Fine hair requires fewer rows, lighter hair, and stricter tension limits. We'll be honest at consultation if your hair is too fine for safe installation — sometimes we recommend hair growth treatments first and extensions later.
Yes — every install includes custom color-matching of the extension hair before it touches your head. We never use stock swatches. The result is extensions that blend invisibly with your existing color, including dimensional balayage.
You'll get a written maintenance plan covering brushing technique (special loop brush, brush from the bottom up), washing (sulfate-free, low-tension, no scrubbing at the root), heat styling (always with heat protectant), and sleep (loose braid). Every client also gets a one-on-one walkthrough before they leave the chair.
