Terms, Conditions & Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Clients giving less than 48 hour notice, or not showing up at all, will result in a charge equal to 50%, or 75% (No Show), of the reserved service amount. 
 
Gratuity Policy We accept gratuity in the form of cash, personal check, or card (Tippy). Please note that Tippy requires a small fee to use. We appreciate the gratitude you show us through giving. 
 
Refund Policy Our goal is to make sure our clients are always satisfied with their results. We allow 2 weeks for the client to come back in to see their stylist for any adjustments possible free of charge. Services received cannot be refunded. If you are not pleased with a product purchased, refunds can be given if the products are returned in their original condition including outer packaging, used no more than once, and in perfect sealable condition. Brushes, hair accessories, pillowcases, extensions, and jewelry cannot be returned. (please also add this verbiage – can edit wording if you’d like): Since we are a Green Circle Salon, please be aware that we charge a $2 Sustainable Stewardship Fee to all clients. Thank you for helping us to make a difference! 
 
Please note we are a level based salon, therefore pricing does go up depending on the level stylist you are booked with. Consultations are required for all new clients and are either free, $20 or $25 depending on the level stylist. Please also note that Women’s Cuts may include an additional Rapunzel charge of $10+ for guests with amazing amounts of hair, that takes longer to shampoo, cut and blowdry, than the usual allotted time. Please be aware our Stylists do not do Barber style Men’s Cuts. *Extra Color charges are calculated in Vish and added to tickets accordingly for instances where extra color is needed.
