How quickly can I get an appointment?

Most services book 2–4 weeks out. Color corrections and extensions may book 4–8 weeks out depending on the artist's schedule. Text us at 919.804.0339 if you need a faster slot — we keep a real waitlist for cancellations and will reach out when one opens.

Do I need to book a consultation first?

For color corrections, extensions, and major transformations — yes, we require a complimentary 15-minute consultation before booking the service. This protects you from surprise pricing and ensures the right stylist is matched to your goal.

For maintenance services with a stylist you have seen before, book directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service price. This protects our artists' time and allows us to offer your slot to waitlisted clients.

Do you take walk-ins?

We are appointment-only. If you stop in without an appointment, the front desk will help you book the next available slot. For urgent service, text 919.804.0339 — we will check for cancellations.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

5–10 minutes early is ideal for a first appointment so we can complete intake paperwork. For returning clients, arrive at your scheduled time. If you are running late, text 919.804.0339 to let us know — we will hold your slot if possible.

Where do I park?

Free on-site parking in front of the salon. Additional parking on the side streets if our lot is full. We are located at the corner of South Main Street with easy ground-floor entry.
