We’re a team-based commission salon — not a booth rental or a suite. That means you focus on your craft while we handle the marketing, bookings, products, and supplies. Commission runs from 39% to 48% across our 8 growth levels, with weekly pay every Friday by direct deposit.
Our first-year stylists average $70,000 in service sales, and some reach $100,000 in their first year — even working part-time. As you move up the 8 growth levels, your commission climbs from 39% to 48%. The salon has grown an average of 37% per year over the last 8 years, so the books stay full and the opportunity keeps building.
We’re currently hiring experienced stylists (1–2 positions), newly graduated stylist apprentices (1–2 positions), and guest services team members (2 positions, with the chance to learn shampooing). We also love to hear from returning stylists, stylists new to the area, and booth renters ready to get off the business-owner treadmill.
Both. Experienced stylists step straight into a full book — we turn away new clients regularly. New graduates join our apprentice path, building confidence and clientele alongside experienced mentors. And our front-desk and guest services roles are open to anyone with a love for customer service, even if you’re new to the field.
Paid vacation after 2 years, a retirement plan currently yielding 22%, weekly Friday paydays with direct deposit, retail discounts up to 49% plus cost-price team hair services, revolving in-house education every 6 weeks, and flexible part- or full-time schedules. There are no non-compete contracts — you can always leave on your terms.
Schedules are flexible, with both part-time and full-time options. As you climb the 8 growth levels, you earn more evenings and weekends off. Guest services shifts run mornings and evenings, Monday through Saturday.
We run in-house education every 6 weeks with educators from our brands — Goldwell, Redken, and Pulp Riot — plus our own in-house educators. You’ll get structured onboarding, coaching, clear level-based growth tracks, and access to your personal metrics through the Phorest app, so you always know where you stand and what’s next.
