Do I need a consultation before booking?

For color corrections, extensions, and major transformations — yes, always. A complimentary 15-minute consultation lets us assess your hair's history, discuss your goals, and quote accurately. For maintenance services with a stylist you've seen before, no consultation needed — book directly.

How much do services cost?

Every service page shows transparent price ranges. Color services start at $100 (ends-only balayage) and reach $300+ (full color correction). Extensions are quoted per consultation and depend on hair length, density, and method (hand-tied, tape-in, K-tip, or I-tip). Cuts range from $55–$95.

We do not surprise you at the chair. Every quote is locked before service begins.

I'm coming from another salon. Can you fix my color?

Yes — color correction is one of our specialties. Bring a clear photo of where you started, where you've been, and where you want to go. Major corrections (going from black to blonde, removing brassiness, fixing banding) often require 2–4 sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart to protect your hair's integrity.

We use Olaplex bond-protection in every corrective service. No exceptions.

How long do hair extensions last?

Hand-tied wefts: 6–8 weeks between move-ups; hair lasts 9–12 months with proper care. Tape-ins: 6–8 weeks between move-ups; hair lasts 6–9 months. K-tips & I-tips: 8–12 weeks between move-ups; hair lasts 6–12 months depending on lifestyle.

We use only EasiHair Pro and equivalent premium hair — never synthetic, never low-grade Remy. Cheaper extensions cost more long-term.

Do you take walk-ins?

We're appointment-only. Our team is fully booked most weeks 2–4 weeks out. If you need urgent service, text 919.804.0339 and we'll check for cancellations — they do happen, especially for shorter services.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service price. This protects our artists' time and lets us offer your slot to clients on our waitlist.

Can I bring a photo of what I want?

Yes — please do. Photos are how we calibrate expectations. Bring 2–3 reference images showing the tone, dimension, and placement you love. We'll tell you honestly which elements will work on your hair type, length, and starting color — and which won't (and why).

Pinterest is welcome. Filters and AI-edited photos are not realistic targets.
